Shakhboz Juraev is the Chief Coordinator of Technology in Global Affairs. His research interests include the roles of artificial intelligence in the defense industry, emerging technologies, the semiconductor industry, critical minerals, and geopolitics. He is the author of the book "Hybrid Strategy of Cybersecurity: The Role of Information Technology Companies in Chinese Cybersecurity Policy”. Shakhboz Juraev is a prize-laureate of the “V International Contest of Research and Analytical Papers on the Middle East in honor of E. M. Primakov”. He earned his degrees from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University and the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
